Cookie Notice

Effective October 7, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how the Appointiq Lead LLC website uses cookies and similar technologies and what choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Appointiq Lead LLC (“we,” “us”) operates this website from Bend, Oregon, to describe and take inquiries for our remote virtual assistant and administrative support services. This notice covers this website only, not the tools we use inside client accounts.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can make a site work, remember settings, or measure use. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you are visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by another organization whose content or service is embedded in the page.

How this website uses cookies

We keep our use of cookies minimal. The website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics trackers, and does not build profiles for marketing. The only cookie we expect is a temporary session cookie described below, which our contact form server may set when you submit a desk request.

Cookies and storage we use

  • Session cookie (strictly necessary). When you submit the contact form, our server may start a session so it can process the request and apply spam and abuse controls. It is set only for the form request, holds no personal details you typed, and normally ends when you close your browser.
  • Slot Planner. The planner runs in your browser to illustrate a sample week. It does not store your selections in cookies.
  • Menu and display state. The mobile menu and FAQ open or close in the page only; nothing about them is saved between visits.

If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies in future, we will update this notice first and, where required by law, ask for your consent before using them.

Third-party content

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Requesting those font files sends your IP address and browser details to Google’s servers, which Google handles under its own terms; we do not control any cookies or records Google may keep. If you prefer not to make these requests, you can block the font domains in your browser, and the site will fall back to your device’s default typefaces.

How long cookies last

The session cookie is temporary and normally expires when your browser session ends, or after a short server-defined period if the browser stays open. We do not use persistent cookies that remain for months or years.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings: most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies, and to be notified before they are set. Instructions are in your browser’s help pages. Blocking all cookies may prevent the contact form from working; if so, you can email or call us using the details below. Some browsers also support a Global Privacy Control signal; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so we treat that signal consistently with our practice.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across other sites, our website does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice if our website changes. The effective date (October 7, 2026) shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States federal law.
